Amazon gives your brand a way into new markets

Shoppers are already searching for products like yours

On Amazon, shoppers search for specific products and compare offers. With relevant listings, a competitive price and well-managed advertising, your products can reach people discovering your brand for the first time.

You start with one market and a focused product range

We review your catalogue against demand, competition and costs, then choose the first market and products together. Expansion into other Amazon stores in Europe or the US follows the results.

You can leave fulfilment to Amazon

With FBA (Fulfilment by Amazon), you send inventory to Amazon’s warehouses. For those orders Amazon stores, packs and ships your products and handles customer service and returns. We also compare shipping from your own warehouse or through a logistics partner, including the effect on your costs.

Small and medium-sized businesses from the EU generated more than €40 billion in sales on Amazon in 2025, including €17 billion from customers outside their home country.

Data source

These figures show the scale of the channel. For your brand, the opportunity depends on your products, price, competition and costs. We review these before recommending a plan.

Built for brands with products ready for a new market

We work with companies that sell physical products under their own brand through an online store, retailers or distributors. Amazon can be an additional channel, or your only one, for reaching customers in other European countries or the US.

You can start from zero. We help you launch for the first time, expand into another marketplace or take over an existing account.

You’re in a strong position if:

  • your product has a clear advantage that shoppers understand quickly;
  • you can deliver consistent quality and reliable supply;
  • you have a registered trademark, or a pending one;
  • your retail price is competitive with comparable products on Amazon;
  • you can fund initial inventory, setup and ongoing advertising.

We work with products for home and kitchen, beauty and personal care, sports and outdoors, pets, toys and hobbies, electronics, fashion accessories, dietary supplements and many more. We check the selling requirements for the specific product and market.

Wondering which products or market to start with? That’s what the free initial assessment is for.

One team for your Amazon launch and ongoing management

Market and product selection

We review demand, competition, prices and costs, and recommend where to start and which products to prioritise. With your product and cost data, we build the launch plan and budget around your targets.

Seller account and catalogue

We guide you through opening your Amazon account, set up the catalogue and help with Amazon Brand Registry enrolment. You provide the data and documents. We prepare the applications and follow them up with Amazon, which makes the final approval decisions. After launch we handle day-to-day account management and support cases.

Listings and brand content

We write localised titles, bullet points and descriptions around relevant searches and customer needs. Our designers create the product images, A+ Content, Brand Story and your Amazon Storefront.

Advertising

We set up and manage campaigns, targeting, bids and budgets around your sales targets, margins, product priorities, inventory and season. We judge advertising against total account sales and the costs behind them, so every decision reflects the whole channel.

Inventory and logistics

We help you choose the fulfilment method, monitor stock and plan replenishment. For tax registrations and other compliance requirements we work with specialist partners and coordinate the necessary steps.

Reporting and growth planning

Every week you receive a report on results, completed work and next priorities. Once a month we review progress together and assess when to add products, adjust the budget or enter another market.

Your team provides the products, documentation and supply, and approves key decisions. We handle the Amazon tasks agreed in your proposal, with one main point of contact.

Starting point: An established European apparel brand’s US launch had stalled. More than 1,000 SKUs sat inactive, the listings read like translations, and inventory was waiting.

What we did:

  • Resolved catalogue data errors at scale through Amazon Strategic Account Services
  • Rewrote titles and bullet points as native US English sales copy
  • Coordinated FBA logistics so inventory arrived as listings went live
  • Enrolled the top-selling SKUs in Amazon Vine to build reviews from the start

Relevant if: You need your catalogue, content and inventory ready to sell in a new marketplace.

Monthly sales across the account, September 2024 – April 2026.

Starting point: A beauty brand was live in Germany, Italy, France and Spain, but sales had stalled. The images and content listed product features, organic visibility was weak, and ad spend brought little return.

What we did:

  • Rebuilt the main images, A+ Content and Amazon Storefront around the problem the product solves for the customer
  • Reworked titles, bullet points and keywords to restore organic relevance
  • Restructured advertising into three tiers: ranking, discovery and display retargeting

Relevant if: Your products are live, but content and advertising need to work together.

What we did: The client wanted growth within a strict ad budget. We restructured the campaigns and concentrated the existing spend on the products, targeting and search terms with the strongest opportunity, cutting back the less effective spend.

What we did: The client wanted to scale while keeping advertising efficient. We rebuilt the budget allocation across products, tightened targeting and campaign structure, and used Amazon Marketing Cloud insights to direct additional spend as the account grew.

These examples cover different scopes of work. Sales figures show total account revenue, not profit, and are also shaped by price, product demand and inventory. I’m Jasa Furlan, founder of Blue Amber Digital. I started selling my own products on Amazon in 2013. Since 2016, my team and I have helped other brands launch, manage and grow on Amazon. To date, we have managed €27 million in Amazon ad spend.

I prepare your initial assessment myself.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need to be selling on Amazon already?

You can start from zero. We help brands launch for the first time, expand into additional marketplaces and take over existing accounts. With an existing account, we begin with a review of current sales and account management.

Is Amazon suitable for a smaller brand?

Company size alone is rarely the deciding factor. What matters is demand, a clear product advantage, the right retail price, reliable supply and the budget to fund the launch. We can start with a small selection of products in one market.

What investment should we plan for?

Plan for five items: inventory, Amazon and fulfilment fees, advertising, our management fee and any tax or compliance services. The amounts depend on your products, market and scope of work. We quote our fee in the proposal and help you plan the other items before you commit.

Are higher-priced or premium products suitable?

They can be. Premium products from a brand shoppers have yet to discover are usually much harder to sell. On Amazon the shopper compares many similar, often cheaper alternatives side by side, so the reason for the higher price has to be very clear. Brands that already have some recognition, or a product with a strong and instantly understood point of difference, start from the best position.

When can we start selling?

After reviewing your products and documentation, we prepare an indicative timeline. The start date depends on Amazon account verification, required approvals, content preparation, tax obligations and inventory delivery. Several of these tasks can run in parallel.

Do we have to start in several markets at once?

One market is enough. We choose the first market and products based on demand, costs and your goals. Expansion follows the results.

Who handles delivery?

With FBA, Amazon stores, packs and ships your products and handles customer service and returns for those orders. You can also ship from your own warehouse (FBM) or through a logistics partner (3PL). We define the method together with you in the sales plan.

What do we need to arrange regarding trademark and regulations?

We check the requirements for your product, market and inventory location. To enrol in Amazon Brand Registry you need a registered trademark, or a pending application, with a trademark office Amazon accepts, such as EUIPO or USPTO. For tax and other requirements we coordinate the process with the relevant specialists.

How much work stays with our team?

We need one contact person for approvals, product data, documentation and supply. We handle the Amazon tasks agreed in the proposal. If you already have an in-house team, we can take over selected areas only, for example Amazon advertising.

Can you guarantee sales results?

Sales figures cannot be guaranteed in advance. They depend on the product, market, price, investment and competition. Before we start, we define the goals and how we track them. Then we regularly show you what we did, what the results are and what we recommend next.

Do you manage only Amazon Seller accounts, or Vendor accounts too?

We manage both Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts. With Seller Central you sell directly to shoppers (B2C). With Vendor Central you sell your products to Amazon (B2B). Vendor Central is available by invitation from Amazon only.
